Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Castaway Fishing Company LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:
